Blackpool is privileged to have over 25 dedicated LGBTQ+ run bars, with many more gay friendly bars. The majority of the bars, are located in the Be Who You Want To Be Village quarter. Each bar complements one other, in the offerings and entertainment on offer. Many of the bars are hotel bars, so please check online for opening times. Some of the bars listed are male only (Growlr, Trades, Welhorny) however, the majority are mixed bars that welcomes everyone who is well behaved. The majority of the venues are free admission, and offer fantastic valued drinks. One thing that you are guaranteed is a good time and a welcoming atmosphere from everyone who you meet. Other LGBTQ+ events and venues that are worthy of a mention are the Rainbow Quarter Annual Community Party, Lucys Reunion, Aqua and W3 Sauna
