Torremolinos is the gay capital of Spain’s Costa del Sol, centered around the vibrant La Nogalera district. This lively "gay village" is packed with around 20 venues catering to every taste. Popular spots include Aqua Terraza for cocktails, Eden Copas for drag shows, and 3 Monkeys for a friendly start to the night. One of the bars we liked is Lights bar, that offered a drag welcome and a lovely vanilla vodka shot when you bought a drink. For a beach vibe, Eden Beach Club at Bajondillo offers sun-soaked parties and a welcoming atmosphere.

Torremolinos caters mainly towards the gay male clientele, although there is still many more LGBTQ+ bars to explore and party the night away. The bars have a more Spanish feel than Benidorm or Gran Canaria, but we found all the bar staff could speak and understand very good english. Drinks prices were a bit more expensive than Benidorm.

It's different and one place for sure we will visit again.
