Thailand LGBTQ+ Scene

We have visited the main LGBT+ scenes in Thailand, including: Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Chaing Mai, Pattaya, Jomtien and Chaing Mai. We have found all the places that we have visited extremely friendly, welcoming, safe and very exciting!

We have met some wonderful people and made some great friendships, here are some of our places we would recommend you give a visit!

Bangkok: Silom Soi 2 and Soi 4 - We really liked The Circus and DJ Station!
Koh Samui: Chaweng - We would recommend the Pride Bar
Chaing Mai: All the LGBT+ bars are close to the Night Market, but also if you dare, venture out to Adams Apple Club. They say your fantasies become reality!
Pattaya: Boyz Town - We enjoyed the drinks and people watching in the Castro Show Bar, even midweek the bars are very busy and loud!

Jomtien Super Town - The biggest LGBT+ scene that we have come accross in Thailand, with great restaurants, bars and drag show bars - we highly recommend!

The LGBT+ Scene in Thailand is in it's "Golden Age" It manages to maintain its unique Thai identity—gentle, fun-loving, and respectful. Whether you are looking for the high-octane energy of a Bangkok dance floor, the artistic flair of a Chiang Mai cabaret bar, or the relaxed community feel of Jomtien; Thailand offers a spectrum of experiences that are arguably unmatched anywhere else in the world.
